A place to talk about anything…

Hello i’m Alex! Welcome to my SacrEative Space I have made – pun intended! I have got ALOT to talk about and a TON of things to share with everyone ranging from Essential oils to my crazy ideas. I come up with some wacky recipes using essential oils all the time and recently taking up some NEW hobbies..which I will be reporting in on at some point in the future once we get there πŸ™‚

my indoor gardening

Sooo…I decided I wanted to take up some of my freetime indoor gardening. Well it got a little out of hand, to say the least, and I definitely have a lot more stuff inside my house than I should that should be in a garage somewhere.

Part of my reason of being is sharing the light that eminates from me and helping those around me. Through the sport of cycling I have been helping disabled peers by raining awareness and support and fundraising.

I have a few things to share plus I might be able to make you a website or help you with some IT needs. I do a bunch of stuff and if you have any questions drop me a line or hit me up on IG

I also make websites and do IT work πŸ™‚ !

People always need help with their websites or need a new one built. Or, they might need their computers fixed or network setup. I can do all of those things and more so let me know. I live in Rhode Island and am accepting new clients for 2021/2022

lets eat!

One of the best things about working from home is having the time to experiment with different recipes from snacks to dressings. All of them have essential oils in them to add a boost of whatever it is I need. Sometimes I add protein or other supplements to them for an added boost.

Wild Orange Mango Slushee

Sometimes I get the super munchies and just gotta get a treat…this one uses frozen mango and seltzer to create slush – check it out!

Butternut Squash Bisque

This tasty meal doesn’t have too many ingredients and contains a few drops of different oils

Sunshine Cilantro Lemon Vinaigrette

This dressing uses greek yogurt and essential oils for a rich flavor
